Summary:
This research suggests that poor sleep might affect both mental and physical health. This study of 112 adults indicates that poor sleep could be linked to higher levels of anxiety, depression, and physical symptoms. The relationship between sleep and these issues might be influenced by DDD experiences. The findings from this research suggest that when people sleep poorly, they might be more likely to experience DDD, which in turn could lead to increased anxiety, depression, and physical complaints.
